Financial Policy

At Specialized Endodontic Solutions and Highland Park Endodontics, we are committed to providing exceptional care with complete transparency regarding fees and financial policies. Our goal is to maintain clear communication about the financial aspects of your treatment.

Treatment Plan Estimate

After a thorough evaluation of your dental condition, we will provide a detailed treatment plan that includes associated fees. If you are utilizing dental insurance, please be aware that your benefits may have specific limitations set by your provider. To ensure an accurate estimate of your costs and to streamline reimbursement, we ask that you provide your insurance information prior to your visit. While we will offer an estimate based on your insurance provider’s information, actual payments may vary.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service. For patients with dental insurance, the estimated co-payment is required on the day of treatment. We offer multiple payment methods for your convenience, including cash, checks, and credit cards.

Dental Insurance

Your dental insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. While we will do our best to help you maximize your benefits, our financial relationship is with you, not your insurance provider. Insurance benefits are not guaranteed, and if your insurance does not cover the full cost of treatment, you will be responsible for any remaining balance, regardless of initial estimates. As a courtesy, we will submit claims to your insurance provider on your behalf.

Payment Plans

For your convenience, we offer financing options through CareCredit. You can apply online or by phone.

Returned Checks

A fee will be charged for any returned checks due to insufficient funds or other reasons. The original balance and the returned check fee must be paid using cash or credit card.

Canceled Appointments

We understand that sometimes circumstances prevent you from attending a scheduled appointment. While we send appointment reminders as a courtesy, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so, or missing your appointment, may result in a cancellation fee.
